The Saste Se Sasta story began because of one man’s vision… It was Sajid Habib’s dream to digitize & revolutionize the Real Estate & Mortgage Financing industry in Pakistan to bring it up-to-par with the highest US & international standards. Having spent 23 years in the US working in the real estate and mortgage banking sector, Sajid holds to his credit billions of dollars worth of real estate and financing projects completed internationally. Sajid moved back to Pakistan in order to give shape to his vision. As a result, Saste Se Sasta was created – Pakistan’s FIRST and ONLY Mortgage & Real Estate Company that’s registered with The Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) – The Future of Real Estate in Pakistan. The quest to transform Pakistan’s estimated 1.2 trillion USD real estate & mortgage financing sector is certainly an ambitious one, however Saste Se Sasta doesn’t shy away from challenges. Among the very first people flown back in from Dubai by Sajid were the Kazmi Brothers. Arsalan Kazmi, who joined as Vice President of Marketing and Akash Kazmi, who accepted the position of Vice President of Sales. Together, they brought a combined 30 years of domestic & international experience.
The foundation for Saste Se Sasta was laid after conducting thorough research into the dynamics of the real estate & mortgage financing industry in Pakistan. The goal was to develop a product that provided safe and transparent property transactions, while simultaneously providing result-oriented profitable deals.
